Dear TOYO SECURITIES CO.,LTD.,

We hope this email finds you well and thriving. We are excited to inform you about the upcoming migration of your SaaS Cloud Data Lake to our New-Scale platform, a crucial step towards enhancing your experience and capabilities.

Migration Window: Your self-service migration window is scheduled from 2024-03-08 to 2024-03-21. During this time, you will have the opportunity to initiate the migration process at your convenience.

Preparation Efforts: Our team is actively preparing your system for migration. If our preparation efforts are completed earlier than anticipated, we will provide you with access to the new system without impacting your migration window. This way, you can benefit from the new features and improvements as soon as possible.

Upgrade and Decommission: Following your migration, Advanced Analytics will be upgraded to i63 to ingest data from the New-Scale platform. You will receive a notification seven days before the upgrade occurs, ensuring a smooth transition and uninterrupted service. After upgrading to Advanced Analytics i63, your current SaaS Cloud Data Lake will be decommissioned after another 7 day notice, as it will no longer feed data into the platform. Instead, ingestion and parsing will now be unified across all applications and managed via the Log Stream application. We are committed to making this process as seamless as possible for you. Please visit our community to prepare and learn more about migrating to our New-Scale platform.

Thank you for being part of our journey towards enhanced system performance and efficiency. If you have any questions, please create a case via our customer community.
